The PRP method is a non-operative option that is used in hair loss treatment. It is the process of injecting the plasma containing dense platelet cells, obtained by centrifuging the blood taken from the subject itself to the sparsely or partially cast parts of the hair. Platelets contain proteins known as growth factors that facilitate the rapid repair of body tissues and accelerate the healing process. The latest studies showed that high concentration of PRP promotes hair growth by accelerating the growing phase of hair.
The aim of the PRP and Mesotherapy applications is to support the treatment of hair loss with the help of the hair follicles needed to protect the protein, vitamins and scalp health.Being a natural treatment method is the most important feature of PRP. Because of not being an operative treatment, you would not deal with a long-term recovery period. Additionally, you will not have to endure side effects.
PRP treatment is not a single treatment procedure against androgenetic alopecia but it is a good support option. It is recommended that the process be repeated at regular intervals to ensure optimum benefit.
- It is a 100% natural treatment.
- Obtained from persons own body.
- A perfect supportive process to androgenetic alopecia treatment.
In manual hair transplantation technique, as you know the hairs are taken outside of the body one by one. For the extraction you can use a manual device or a manual sharp. My speciality is using the manual punches. In my extractions i do not use any motorized device. I am using very very sharp punches to extract the grafts to outside of the body. And we storage them in the special solutions between 4 and 8 ℃. It is really important for the health of the grafts. And the stick and place technique, for this technique it can be explain this the forceps technique. I am making the incisions on the recipient area by a special needle and immediately i bring the graft inside this incision. With this strategy my aim is to save the health of the graft as much as possible without manipulating it too much. Immediately i bring it inside the incision. It is really important. I want to say in my clinic, most of the important points are done by the doctors.
After the surgery, most of the patients ask about when could they go to their work and social life. I know, it is really important to go back really fast. I have to say that by manual technique, the recovery period is really really fast. In 3 or 5 days the scabs on the donor area fall out and on the recipient area the scabs falls out in 10 or 12 days maximum. Also the recovery period is depending on patients metabolism. After the surgery there will be a light redness on the recipient area. It will take nearly 3 or 4 weeks to get rid of this redness totally. By a different kind of shaving style, we called it “partial shaving”, we shave all the donor area but left the recipient area with long hairs. In this technique, the recipient area even after the next day of the surgery will be invisible. So it means that even the next day of the operation you can go to your work. After the surgery we gave you a post-op kit including lotions, creams and sprays and also some tablets. This will help to recover fast after the operation. After the operation, the first month is really really important. We want you to avoid heavy physical activities like cardio, gym, body building or sprint. Also we want you to get rid of high sun exposure. For a second operation i want to wait minimum 1 year. Because i want to see the true result after the first operation. So we can decide if the first operation needs touch ups or not.
Nowadays, it is possible to find hundreds of hair transplantation clinics all over the world. But the important question is this: Where is the right place for you? There are clinics that you will not be aware of who will operate you. Will the doctor operate you? Or the nurses? Or the techniqueians? Also you could not be sure that what is the qualification of this staff? Are they really doctors, nurses or techniqueians? May be you could not know. I say these words proudly, for many years i have got a really big experience in manual FUE surgeries. My speciality is manual FUE hair transplantation surgeries and the stick and place implantation technique. We have a great experience in manual FUE hair transplantation surgery and stick and place technique. For many years we have really impressive good results and experience in dense packing in low norwood cases. And also in full head reconstructions in high norwood cases by utilizing body hair grafts. In my clinic our aim is to put the patient in the centre of concentration. All my team, the doctors, the nurses, the interpreter and even the cook are always concentrating on the patient and his wishes. In the planning stage, before the operation i would like to listen the to patient and his wishes. I want to understand his wishes entirely, so i can help him. We are not rushing in the time, we do not hurry about it. Aesthetic part of the work is as much important as the technique of the work for us. Our main goal is to reach the natural appearance and provide a long term happiness to our patients.
Of course it is technically possible to transfer a hair to another part of the body. We have a lot of experience about using chest hairs and beard hairs. These grafts are really important for many patients. Because some of the patients have very bad result and really depleted and exhausted donor areas. So the beard and chest areas can provide us big donor sources to use for the next operations for these kind of patients. Even though the character of the beard and the chest grafts are different than the head grafts if you use them in an appropriate strategy in hair transplant operations you can get a big success.
